I’m still feeling crummy. I’m obviously allergic to something that’s blooming, but I don’t know what it is. Hopefully, it’s not some of the flowers I just planted in my yard.

Roger and I worked in the yard the past few weekends, which aggravated my allergies that caused a bad, bad sinus infection. It’s been a while since I’ve had one that was this bad. The doctor prescribed a ton of medication so I feel like a zombie, but at least I can breathe again. And the yard looks nice.

We’ve had rain every day this week. Monday was very wet. It rained all day but we only got 1.58 inches of rain. Our high for the day was only in the mid-70s, which is very unusual because we’re usually in the mid- to high 80s by now. Yesterday we got sprinkles on and off [...]

This is Coco. It isn’t a very good picture because this was taken while she was in a shelter in Yukon, Oklahoma. Coco loves people, dogs, and cats. I practised my red work this morning and did this floral design. It looks like art deco to me, and I’ve decided that I like this look. Kind of elegant but not too ornate.
